• Festival-Schmestivals, Ballard's kid film guru created the largest youth film festival in the country, which opens this weekend, while the Seattle Jewish Film Festival opens Thursday.
• If you haven't heard, tomorrow is Earth Day. So recycle, walk or bike to work (or if unemployed, to the coffee shop), and then pick another "earthy" thing to do from the Big Blog's round-up of activities.
